WHAT TO DO THE WEEK OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
- If you are planning to do any waxing services be sure it is at least 24 hours before your tanning appointment as the wax may not stick to those areas and/or the tanning solution may pool in the open hair follicles.
- Exfoliate!!!
- Keep your body hydrate- drink lots of water and moisturize.
- If getting a pedicure/manicure make sure it is done before the day of your tanning appointment.
WHAT TO DO THE NIGHT BEFORE
- Do your regular shower routine- i.e. shampoo, conditioner, wash, etc.
- Do any shaving needed.
- The last thing you want to do before getting out of the shower is exfoliate well!

- After waiting the recommended amount of time get into the shower and RINSE off your tan with WATER ONLY, do not rub the skin. DO NOT use soap, shampoo, body wash, etc.
- Get out of the shower and blot dry with a towel. (Dark colored towel is best as some of the solution may transfer)
- Wait at least 12 hours after you rinse before taking an actual shower/using any kind of soap, shampoo, etc.
- You may use lotion after you shower.
HOW TO PROLONG YOUR TAN
- Avoid using harsh exfoliants on your skin.
- Moisturize at least once a day.
- Avoid washes that strip your skin (Dove, Dial, Level, etc.)
- Avoid products that are alcohol based/have lots of mineral oils.
- If you wear perfume spray your clothes NOT your body.
